New and unused accessory products may be returned for a full product refund (less shipping costs). To qualify for a refund, at a minimum we require:
1) Return the product within 90 days of the date of purchase
2) Have an authorized-dealer proof of purchase
3) Be the original purchaser and have a valid reason for your return
Excludes: Boards, paddles, specialty products, and/or custom order requests
To return or exchange an item, please first contact our shop in Hawaii. Once you have got in contact with us, you can send it back to the following address with a packing slip detailing your reason for the return or exchange. Upon receiving the product at our shop, we will assess whether or not everything was returned, and whether or not to refund or exchange.

If we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost to return it and replace the product for you at no charge. If you wish to return or exchange a new and unused item for reasons other than a Blue Planet Surf shop staff member’s error, we kindly ask you help us cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange/return.
