Blue Planet 10'5 x 32 x 4.7 x 175L Whaingaroa

The carbon Whaingaroa is 10'5 x 32 x 4.7 x 175L, weighing 20 Lbs. It is first and foremost a surf model, yet can still cruise around more than adequately..  Recommended for advanced SUP surfers up to 240 lbs, intermediate paddlers up 200 lbs, and entry level paddlers up to 170 lbs.  This board seamlessly blends smooth takeoffs with loose carving on the wave face.  The rocker line and bottom shape is fast and loves to carve rail to rail.  The rails are thin in the tail for solid grab in the turns and the deck is flat in the standing area for a solid, comfortable stance.  The length allows the board to glide into waves with less effort and makes it easier to balance on the way out.  A very versatile board for so many uses!

Construction: SMART Carbon (Sandwich Molded Active Response Technology) uses a proprietary carbon layup to achieve strength, rigidity and a responsive, snappy flex at very light weight.  The lightweight EPS core is fully sandwich wrapped with high density foam resulting in an excellent strength to weight ratio. Available colors are blue, teal and red. High quality deck pad with comfortable yet very grippy yet traction in the standing areas.
