Blue Planet Surf is NOT responsible for damages caused by shipping/3rd party freighters. We will ALWAYS assist you with damage, loss and non-delivery claims, but we cannot provide refunds/replacements unless the shipper accepts fault for damages they have caused.

Southwest Air Cargo (outer islands only) = 4 business days
Young Brothers (outer islands only) = 7 business days
Hawaiian Air Cargo = 7-10 business days
United Air Cargo = 7-10 business days
3rd Party Freighters (oversized/specialty destination ports) = 10+ business days
Blue Planet Surf offers free SouthWest Air Cargo shipping for all SUPs and surfboards purchased from our website that are 10'6 or smaller. For all boards over 10'6, we need to call and check if such a length can be accomodated on the plane for the specified destination. Additional, shipping charges may apply in these cases.
