Blue Planet 8'4 x 30 x 3.7 x 120L Mini Fish Bone

The Fish Bone series was so well received we expanded it to accommodate a wider range of paddlers. They maintain the same versatility in all conditions, just in squashed down packages. The Mini Fish Bone is the smallest in the series coming in at 8 '4 x 30 x 3.7 @ 120l. It’s very stable for its size due to the flat deck and generous volume in the rails.  The mellow rocker, wide tail and volume in the nose area allows for easy glide. It excels in surf conditions up to head high, allowing for tight turns in the pocket. The Mini Fish Bone has proven to be a great option for cruising and those seeking a board that is compact and easy to carry.

Construction: SMART Carbon/Epoxy (Sandwich Molded Active Response Technology) uses a proprietary layup to achieve strength, rigidity and a responsive, snappy flex at very light weight.  The lightweight EPS core is fully wrapped with high density PVC foam that is sandwiched between two layers of carbon fiber (fiberglass if epoxy construction) before being saturated in epoxy resin. This results in a very strong, durable board that is exceptionally light. The carbon has an even greater strength to weight ratio. High quality deck pad with comfortable yet very grippy yet traction in the standing areas.
