All items may be returned for full credit for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods

Shipping charges are non-refundable (exceptions: wrong product shipped or defective products).

Sales receipt must accompany returns.

Refunds are credited to the credit card used for purchase or by check.

Exchanges:

New and unused goods can be exchanged for 90 days from date of purchase, no receipt necessary.

We allow exchanges of Blue Planet clothing purchased at any authorized dealer (exchanges are charged $5 for shipping - accepted: credit card information, check, money order, cash, stamps, or enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope).

Exchanges must be in "as new" condition.

If any labels are missing (including outside size label on shorts), a $2 re-label fee may be charged.
